Cute, but I would change the main font color to black with the exceptions of the "Jay Street" and the bottom sentence.  And maybe the Please Join Us  To Celebrate block.  All that green is running together to me.  Also, for the opening, how about just a simple:

Come and play, Jay's turning ONE today!

Maybe make the writing blue or red, a more dominant color? I dunno, because it could look just fine when its printed. I think its super cute, I especially love the last line!! You did a good job!
