Should I throw it away?

I pumped today at work and I had it in the fridge at work but came home and it was in the cooler but not with the ice pack, DH is actually one that gets the milk out and puts it the fridge/freezer. We both forgot today, it's been sitting out since 2 pm, it's 9:30 pm It actually feels cool, but like I said it was in he cooler but no ice pack. I have to throw it away, don't I? *sob*

You are good! BM lasts about 6 to 8hrs at room temp. Plus yours was in a little cooler so that helps hold the cold in.

Ooh yay! I kinda felt like it was OK since it was cool so I put it in the fridge while waiting for some input. Thanks ladies!
