Chicago and due in August?

Hello,  I just found out my due date today and was wondering if there were any other local Chicago Ladies that are due in August?  Maybe even up for a get together or newbie pregnant information sharing...

Hi Ladies!  Im not due in Aug but late June - 13w 1d.  I dont have any pregnant friends here in Chicago and would be up for getting a group together.

I'm local, but I'm due a few months ahead of you in May.

If you really want to meet other ladies due to same month, you might have better luck going to the August 2012 board and asking if there's anyone else from Chicago.

Hey ladies - there is a really awesome Meetup group in Chicago, called Cheers for Moms (as in, Cheers, the place where everyone knows your name...  Like the show...) 

The website is w w w (dot) cheersformoms (dot) c o m.  There's a section for moms and moms-to-be of babies who will be the high school class of 2030, and believe it or not, that's all of you!  I'm part of the class of 2029; my son was born last July.  The group has been such a great help for me, getting to know other moms and babies in a similar situation to me.  There are tons of events, most of which are free, and there's no cost to join.  The people who run the group aren't running a business or trying to make money, like Bump Club; everyone just wants to meet other moms and moms-to-be.

I'm due August 29th! I expect to have this baby in August as opposed to going into September, due to some potential blood clotting issues--I don't think they'll let me reach a full 40 weeks, since the risk increases again in late pregnancy. I'm fine with that, just want to go as intervention free as possible!

I'm in Chicago, up in Edgewater. DH and I have no plans of fleeing to the suburbs (although we do like Berwyn). Our one bedroom apartment will continue to be home for a while yet.
