I'm not an expert, but I would assume snorkeling is just fine... it's just swimming with a breathing tube any way. Stand up paddle board, I'd vote no--generally the things that are contraindicated are the things that would involve falling and that sounds like it would definitely fall into that category.
I have snorkeled quite a bit recently (I'm 36w now), I did not ask a doctor, so you should probably check with yours, but I don't see why they would say no.
Not exactly paddle boarding, but I surfed early on a few times, again, I didn't ask, but I did not do it after I started showing. I would check with your doctor. Mine seemed ok with other "possible impact" activities until I was showing.
