Since my kids have nine billion allergies, dairy being one of them. We freeze bananas, and break them up into a bowl. I use my hand mixer and beat it until it is soft serve ice cream consistency. Its our version of ice cream. Very creamy and healthy. I add choc syrup to mine, and the kids get sprinkles. You could prob doctor it up to your liking. It prob sounds like a trashy version of ice cream, but I have to be creative with having allergy kids.

I love making banana bread, but I buy two bunches of bananas at a time and rarely get any that get over ripe and end up in the freezer! I think I have two in there, since this summer.
And, I totally want that Yonanas thing that makes frozen fruit in to "ice cream."
Stay at home mom to a house of boys: two amazing stepsons, 12 and 9, and our 4 year old.
When we were kids my mom used to pour heavy cream over sliced bananas and freeze them. Not exactly healthy, but tasty. Now we just eat them plain and I think they taste just as good-like ice cream.
Re: Any ideas for (frozen) bananas?

Banana muffins? Not too far off from banana bread, I know... Could you bake some banana bread loaves and package them up for gifts?
Send some to me?

Totally funny. That company is one of DHs clients.
Now that you mention it, I don't know why we haven't gotten one as a freebie. LOL
