Have you ever been to Edaville Railroad??  How is it??  It would be a drive for us....Debating if its worth it......I know you take the train around to see all the lights...Any other things to do....I need to get in the Xmas Spirit!!  Thx

    Yes - DS LOVES it, but he is a super train freak. The rides are definitely more little kid-ish (not sure how old your kids are) but definitely still fun for him at this age. The main train ride is just a loop of about 20 minutes where you watch all the Christmas lights, then they have a big indoor area with model trains, train tables, a giant ball bit, mini indoor maze, etc THe outside rides are things like the flying elephant, tilt-a-whirl, Ferris wheel etc. We went last year in Decdember for the lights and I thought it was really fun. It has been such a mild December thus far that this may be a good time to do it.

    I haven't been, but at book club the other night one of the girls was discussing how much her kids (3 & infant) enjoyed the train ride and the lights.  I think I've heard not so good reviews of the park itself.
