E Metro in-home care recs

We're getting a really late start on this I think...but we're looking for in-home care recommendations for the East Metro. We live in Oakdale and work in downtown St Paul and on Snelling and Como.

Or even perhaps a SAHM wanting to add a little extra income? We're probably only looking for 3 days a week during the school year and 2/wk during the summer.
