We didn't get an UO yesterday and I haven't seen it yet today.

Let's hear it ladies!

For those that don't know what FFFC means, its Flame Free Friday Confessions.

Mine might be more of an UO than a FFFC but I think there should be a test in order to get a marriage license.  For every license I can think of there is some sort of certification that is required before you receive the license.  Driver's license, business license, contractor's license, etc.  I feel like with a marriage license you just have to show up.  There should be some sort of precursor to receive it-- a family/marriage therapist has to sign you off after taking classes, there is a test to make sure you know what you're getting into, etc.

Flame worthy part:

She is 34 weeks pregnant and it is obvious this was an intentional "accident" on her part (very long story). She makes a point to play the one-up game one me every time we talk. Asks me a question about my pregnancy "how far along are you" the. Replies with something to let me know she is further along and how long ago my stage seems. GRRRR!

It takes all of my willpower not to tackle her and say "well, I didn't have to trick my husband into marrying me by getting pregnant knowing his family would insist he propose, I am done with college, own a home, two cars, and have a stable marriage to bring a baby into, so there!"

Yes, I know, I am a b!tch. Thankfully I keep those feelings to myself.

I think anybody on food stamps/welfare/ disability should be required to take random drug screens and only be allowed to account for x # of children.  Quit popping out children if you can't feed the ones you have without assisyance

I totally agree with the drug test thing! Ugh. I know this phrase is a little cliche about this topic, but if you have to take a drug test to get a job, you should have to take a drug test to get free money.

This coming from someone about to be on foodstamps, by the way.

Also, please don't take this as me flamming your opinion or trying to start a debate. However, I do believe that there are a ton of women who have abortions and at the same time really want to be moms. I think they are being extremely brave by seeing that this is not the right time or situation to bring a child into the world. It would not be my personal decision but I can see the other side.

I have been drinking a Dr. Pepper everyday (just one) for the past week or so knowing that pre-pregnancy this made me gain about 15 lbs in 3 months.  Bad bad choice.

She didn't "kill her child".  She made a decision that she felt was right for her body and her life.  Just because a woman has an abortion does not mean she doesn't want to be a mom someday.

See, this irritates me to no end.  FFFC is NEVER completely flame-free, so don't get your panties twisted if you say something asinine and get flamed for it.   

ETA:  My apologies, I confused you with the person being flamed.  Nonetheless, I have never seen a FFFC where someone didn't get flamed.

I know this is old, but I'm on Team Angelina and not Team Jennifer.  Obviously, Brad wanted children, Jennifer wanted to focus on her movie career, and Brad was right in not staying in a marriage where he wasn't happy.  I don't think that he cheated on Jennifer, but, he definitely fell in love with Angelina while he was still married to Jennifer. 

Oh, and despite being a Gator alum, I don't think Tebow is amazing.  Quite frankly, I want him to fail since I think he is overrated.  I don't want him injured because then people who put him on a pedestal will say that if he wasn't injured he would've been one of the most amazing QB of all time, blah, blah, blah.  I just want him to fail because he's not as talented as everyone thinks he is.

For the record, while it is 'flame-free' it's not always (or usually) flame free, and it certainly isn't judgment free.  The only reason I'm not responding is that I am uninterested in debating this issue.  You have your opinions and nothing I say will change your judgment of your friend.

When you don't play well for 3/4 of the game, suddenly pulling something out of your ass doesn't make you a good player.  I actually dislike him intensely because of that.  Over-hyped in the extreme.

Here, here.  I used to work in an area full of poverty and parents wouldn't show up for their kids because they were too busy sleeping, getting high, or getting their hair done.  I actually had a parent comment to me about how I needed to keep working there so her family could have cable because no worked in her house and she needed the TV for babysitting her FIVE children when she was "hanging out."  disgusting

Whoa. This flame free thing is very entertaining. I don't think I've ever posted in a fffc before.

For the record I wouldn't call my friend a murderer even if I thought her choices were wrong. It was a legal decision she made for herself. Pretty harsh to have feelings like that toward a "friend" I sure hope none of my friends talk about me like that. Pretty brutal.
