prevacid capaules?

So the solutab is on back order so they want my lo to take this. Anyone has experience? I opened it and put it in water in a tiny medicine cup. I don't know if she will take it but I need some other tips.

    My pharmacy said it was only the 15mg solutab's on backorder. We substituted with the 30mg and cut them in half with a pill cutter.

    It is on back order here too...Do you have a compounding pharmacy nearby?  The chain pharmacies are the ones that are affected by the backorder...our compounding pharmacy still has the prevacid available.  And the great thing about them being a compounding pharm, they will put the medicine in liquid form for you!
