explosive poop?

Oh my, it seems like every single time DS poops it ends up everywhere. Either up the back, down one leg, both legs or all three. He can't seem to have a regular poop. We've tried different brands of diapers and nothing helps. We burp him for a while after feedings, and he isn't especially gassy. I either need to buy a lot more clothes or figure something out. Anyone else need to buy some goggles?

The first three weeks of poop were like this for us. None was ever in the diaper, she waited until we opened it to decide to poop. It would shoot out with such a gassy force that it frightened me to the point of screaming. I changed it on the floor in my living room once and it ended up all over my entertainment center.

DS is like that right now. He is a non stop poop factory. The one time MH changes DSs diaper DS decided to 'unleash the fury' so to speak. We just change diapers at about every 45 min to try to prevent messes.

p.s. How do you get seedy poo out of carpet?

I know you said you tried different brands but have you tried different sizes? This happened a couple of times to LO and then we just upped her size and it's been in the clear.
