BFP!!!

Hi Ladies,

 After 3 IUIs with Clomid, and 2 unmedicated, I finally got my BFP on MOnday. I am already having a lot of symptoms and it is really freaking me out. Throughout the day I get cramps, specifically back cramps, kinda intense at times. Has anyone else experienced this so early? TIA.

Yay!!! Congratulations

I had mild cramps before even testing positive at 11DPO, and some sharp shooting pains in my hip socket area and seemingly right through my cervix. Which a friend described as ligaments stretching (she had this early too).  I've definitely had back pain since too.

YAY!!!! Congrats we are so happy for you!! My FI had cramps and back pain really early. Now is mostly hip and back pain. Hope your pain fades away

Congratulations!  If you get really intense cramping coupled with bleeding (bright red - not brown) then call your OB immediately.  Do NOT worry if you have some cramping and if their is dark brown staining.  That is normal.  I had that early on as well.  And my LO is super healthy and growing.  I know how crazy the TTC ride must have been for you... I did 3 cycles of insemination on our own, then 3 cycles w/clomid IUI, then IVF.  During that time I had 2 MC's.  A year later, the IVF worked.  So really big CONGRATS to you!

No cramps really for us.  Maybe just a few, but quite mild.

Yes, my wife had lots of cramping from weeks 4-8. As long as there is no red blood accompanying it, it's very normal. I imagine there will be lots of moms on the August board saying the same thing--you're not alone:):)

As always, thanks ladies. You are always so reassuring. I was panicking last evening, but I'm realizing it's an evening thing. As the day goes on I feel more crampy... probably my body telling me to stop for a minute!!! Hope you are all having a Happy Holiday season!

Congratulations!! WOOOOOOO!!

I thought Jen was pregnant before the BFP b/c she was having a lot of cramps that she didn't usually experience. It will lessen. Drinking extra water helped her.
