DH works in Chemistry and we got him a "beater" wedding band off Overstock in case he ever spills chemicals on it.  I think it was $25.  He wears it to work and if it ever gets destroyed, I feel better about it than him destroying his real wedding band.  Just a thought for y'all!  (You know, to prevent an unintentional murder in the future.)  Wink

    Hahaha!!  Thanks!  We have realized that this is something that could potentially happen often in his line of work so we are going this weekend to get him a "work" band.  It will be very cheap right along the $25 lines!
