Hello all! I'm 6 mos post partum & finally broke down & began getting counseling. After only 2 sessions, I already am begining to feel better!
My therapist REALLY is encouraging me to get on an anti depressant, but I am just really weary. My first concern is that I'll have to be on it forever, and then when I get off I'll feel depressed again. Secondly, I know alot of ppl who have gained weight on them. I know that probably sounds really shallow but my weight & body image is a huge portion of my depression.
Anyone on here get better & then successfully transfer off the meds?
