So I have called a few endodontist today to get an emergency root canal before spine surgery. OK. So I called the dentist this morning and I gave the lady my insurance information. I gave her all my information had the xrays emailed over everything is good to go. She called earlier this afternoon to get my ID number again because she isn't having any luck so I gave it to her VERY SLOWLY.  So she just called to say she must have had the wrong ID number can I give it again-ok. Then she tells me "Well hopefully we can do the root canal tomorrow if not you will just have an exam" me-"What I had an exam this morning. My dentist did the x-rays and wants me to have a root canal before I go into surgery because I will be out for 6 weeks. Do I need to make other arrangements?" "I'll send the x-rays over to Dr. Z and hopefully we will see you in the morning." WTF lady.
