12 eggs
3 cups unseasoned croutons
2 cups grated cheese
3/4 tsp dry mustard
2 cups half& half or milk
2 lbs sausage
Brown and crumble sausage, drain on paper towels, let cool. Mix everything together and put in a oiled 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
I grew up eating this with maple syrup poured on top.
