UPS must be really, really busy

Because I just pulled up to see 2 UPs guys trying to sort out and deliver package on my street.  Out of a Honda Accord!

I felt kind of bad for them.  It was clearly a disaster and totally unorganized.  They must have some drivers loading up their our cars to deliver block by block.  We are close to a huge distrubution center, so it would't be a huge PITA to go back and forth.

I thought the same thing yesterday when FED EX was here at 745 driving a rental truck for moving.

I saw the UPS guy who delivers to my office in the street the other day delivering out of a Uhaul.  Apparently they gave all the drivers in the city Uhauls and the brown trucks go out to the suburbs during the holiday season.

I actually lol'd at this.  

I can only imagine how funny that looked!  

I feel bad for our delivery drivers because for the last 2 days it's been raining and I can't imagine how much it sucks to have to do tons more deliveries when the weather is crappy.

My BIL is a UPS driver and some of them are using golf carts in gated communities to get all this stuff delivered. They make serious bank this time of year!

They've been delivering them in our neighborhood via golf cart.  No joke.  And we are not a gated community/golf cart type of neighborhood.
