Waking every 3 hours

My LO used to STTN and I know can still do it - she did on on Friday and Saturday after a couple of rough nights last week. But now she's been waking every 3 hours and I nurse her back to sleep - she's not hungry, but it's the only thing that will work. I've tried waiting a bit to pick her up but that resulted in her fully waking and it taking me 2 hours to get her back down last night. Any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this?

SAME SAME SAME here! It's been going on for almost 4 weeks, and she had started STTN the week before it started. There are times she seems hungry and I end up feeding her 3+ times and then, like last night she ate for maybe 2 minutes then was out again...so I know it's becoming a habit and she can just sleep longer. Don't know what to do either because we try the paci and not picking her up and it usually never works.

Well at least I'm not alone! haha hopefully it will pass for us both quickly!

Mine was up every hour and sometimes half hour. Finally brought him in bed with me and unswaddled him and he slept from 6:30-8:30. Life sucks right now!!! This is the second night like this....I am SO sad to see that it could last weeks!

Thats what was happening to me! He was STTN for an entire week then starts acting like a newborn all over again. I thought I was going crazy.

I think I figured it out though. He must of been going through a growth spurt when he was STTN and now he started teething. I also still am swaddling him but I noticed when I tuck his arms in, he spends all night trying to get them out then wakes himself up.

So we started just swaddling below the arms now and he has STTN two nights in a row now.

you're not alone.  last night was the first night in i.don't.know.how.long that he only woke at 1 and 5 to eat!  We were doing every three hours lately.  It was heaven. I think he was having a little growth spurt.

My Lil Man started sttn for a couple weeks and is back to waking up every few hours too. Thats the way it goes hang in there sttn for good will happen soon. I know it seems to far away but they grow up so fast and this phase will go by fast too.

Yup, one of my girls is going through this right now too.  It started on Friday night.  I'm just glad it' not both of them at the same time!!

Same here. LO has always been a great sleeper, but everything went to sh!t shortly after he turned 3 months. He was up every 1-3 hours last night. It sucks! I'm just hoping this phase passes quickly...

Totally in the same boat...night before Thanksgiving, LO got a cold and since then wakes every 2-3 hours overnight (she had been down to waking 1-2 times per night)...We are on to week three, we are exhausted (and to top it off, both of us are sick, probably from lack of sleep)...

We were until about a week ago and then she just started sleeping better again.
