I am constantly wondering if I'm feeding LO too much, or not enough. When I told my pediatrician my concern, she said "he'll let you know if he's not getting enough." Uh.
Breakfast ideas - fruit, egg, oatmeal, toast, waffle, sausage, yogurt
Lunch - deli meat, cheese, pasta, leftovers, soup w/out the broth, steamed soft veggies
Dinner - what we eat - spagetti, veggies, anything really!
It's hard to figure out acschedule, we are just now on a good one!

6:30-7:00 - nurses (one side)7:30 - breakfast (varies- usually 2 oz fruit pur?e, 2-4 oz yogurt, and some waffle, egg or sausage)9:00 - nurses (both sides before nap)10:00 - snack (varies- fruit, crackers, organic pudding, banacado (1/2 banana & 1 small avocado pureed), etc.)11:30-12:00 - lunch (one of his meals I've pureed, consisting of meat and veggies (5-6 oz), or deli turkey, cheese cubes, veggies, etc.)1:00-1:30 - nurses (both sides before nap)3:00 - snack (same as above)5:00 - dinner (same as lunch)6:30 - nurses (both sides before bed)I offer finger foods at every meal, but he is picky about them so he eats a lot of soups/purees. I'm more focused on calories because he is only in the 7th percentile. Our pedi recommends we aim for 1140 calories for weight gain. DS also nurses once during the night. Sorry about the formatting.

thank you! how much of a waffle/toast will she eat?
so helpful, thank you! is E getting any water? I try and encourage water but he's just not that into it...
Yes, I give him a straw cup (the Playtex brand) with water at every meal and offer him sips throughout the day. Even though I offer it, he doesn't seem to get too much--maybe only 2 oz. a day.

10 months is when we started finger foods because DS didn't really like purees too much. We started banana bites, avocado, chopped up turkey or chicken, chopped up spaghetti, diced cooked carrots, diced pears and peaches (I started with fruit cups until he got more teeth), cheerios, puffs, applesauce, yobaby yogurt, sweet potatoes, peas. He was still nursing about 5 times a day at 10 months, so I didn't push foods much. If he ate, he did, if not it was fine.
*forgot shredded cheese. he's a huge fan of cheese.
Re: When and what is your 10-12 month old eating?
I wonder the same thing all the time! My pedi told me the same thing, so far E has not told me if he is hungry or if I am overfeeding him
E's feeding schedule looks like this:
7:00 breakfast (apple puree + oatmeal)
8:00 bottle (7 oz)
11:15 lunch (usually something like chicken, peas, and carrots--about 4 oz. of food)
12:00 sippy of formula (6 oz.)
2:30 snack (1/2 small banana)
5:00 bottle (7 oz)
6:15 dinner (similar to lunch--about 4 oz.)
