Anyone with a Baby Bullet?

I made my first batch of food yesterday (banana & prunes) and filled the plastic freezer tray. I thought it would be easy to 'pop out' each frozen serving, but its impossible - am I going to have to thaw the entire tray of 12 servings?

Any other baby bullet helpful hints would be great, thanks!

I could've written this yesterday. Finally was able to get them out by flipping upside down with lid to catch them and pounded on the bottom of each with something hard (i used a heavy butter knife handle) and it move each down enough that i could pop them out.

  • same here, hard to get out. had to let thaw slightly then repackaged into plastic baggies. pain in the butt.
  • My tray wasn't plastic that came with it. It was silcone.  I use an ice cude tray that has a cover for my servings.  Once the are frozen I put them in a freezer bag and write the date on it.  That way I can use the tray to make another batch.  It also makes it handy to thaw what you have.  Just an idea.

  • My tray is silicone with only 6 portions. I run the bottom under warm water for a few seconds and then tip it upside down and push in on the bottom or each cup and it usually pops out pretty easily.

Sorry, I should have added that I pop them all out when I get them slightly loosened up and store them in ziploc bags with the dates.
  • I had trouble at first too, but there is a bit of a nack to it.  Try pushing straight up on the bottom center of each bump.  It worked for me.  Love the baby bullet...good luck :0)
