*Piper is not my real LN, but it sounds kind of like it.

I love Alice but I don't care for the middle name. I've never been a fan for using diminutives of a name in place of the actual name- Betsy is great for a nn but I'd use Elizabeth.

Pacsun, I'm typically in agreement with you, but Elizabeth is a family name that we definitely do not want to carry on.  And DH is in love with the NN Betsy.
