Mix those two together in a big bowl (yes, with your hands). Add 3 cups of slightly mashed-up Rice Krispies, mix again.
Add 1 stick of butter (ever-so-slightly melted, it's actually better if
it's still in the shape of a stick over being melty, if that makes
sense) and mix all together.
Take your bowl of goo and park in
front of a tv or something interesting and form balls. Depending on how
big you make them, you should be able to get at least 60 out of this
batch. I usually pile them on a plate and stick the plate in the fridge
for about an hour or so.
Then take a bag of semi-sweet
chocolate morsels (recipe calls for 6 oz, but that just seems like so
little) and a bag of regular chocolate morsels (again, calls for 6 oz,
but I'd make sure to have more on hand if you've made a ton of bon
bons). Take one half of a stick of wax (you'll find it in the grocery
store, usually in the baking goods aisle or over by the cooking utensils
and crap. The box I have says "Gulf Wax"). Throw the wax into a
double boiler and let that melt a little. Throw in the chocolate. Melt
it all down (the wax will take forbloodyever to melt and that's ok,
just shove it off to the side while you dip your balls. hee!). Toss a
bon bon into the chocolate, roll it around, set it on either foil, wax
paper or parchment paper on a cookie sheet and do that until you're
done. The bon bons are better cold, so I store them in the fridge until
I'm ready to eat them.
Enjoy!!
(I c&p'd the recipe from somewhere else so that's why it looks funny)
