Quick! How to get paint off face/hands?

DD painted today with her little Dot-a-Dot paint and she's got it everywhere! I tried washing with soap/water and tried wiping it down with a baby wipe, but neither even touched it. What can I do to get it off?

    It'll come off eventually but if you're hell bent on getting it off right now you can try using an alcohol swab.  Just make sure to moisturize afterwards.
