Vinyl name - where did I buy this from?

About 6 months ago I bought both DD's names in vinyl letters from one of the steals sites.  I need to replace DD1's b/c she pulled them off and balled up the "stickers"  yesterday while fighting a nap.  Does anyone know where they originally might have come from?  I can't find the order email b/c I get email's from the steal sites daily

ETA: oh and so she won't be able to do this again,  I think we are going to frame the letters
