? NBR--Third row seat needed?

I am pregnant with my 2nd.  Due in June.  My DD is almost 13 months.  I have a small car (Sentra) and my husband has an F-150.  I am getting a new car in the next week or so.  

We have been looking at the Chevy Traverse and the Equinox.  Sometimes I think we need a third row and sometimes I am afraid it will be a waste of money.  We eventually will have a third child.....

 Does anyone have an opinion?  Have either of these cars??

    We have a Nissian Quest. I, personally, LOVE having a third row. I like to be able to sit back there if the kids are fussy. Also, I like being able to change diapers in the car. My sister has a Traverse and loves it. Her kids are older though. I wouldn't trade the sliding doors of a mini van for anything though. It's hard enough to juggle 2u2. I would hate to have to open and close standard doors.

    I just got the GMC Acadia and I LOVE having the 3rd row! I'm able to sit back there with them when they are fussy and it's easy access. Also my mom can come with us abs she still has a place to sit. I was able to fit a large dresser in my car with my 2 kids in their car seats still! I was amazed. Also one day soon they will have have friends they want to go places and we will need that 3rd row! I have no regrets and haven't felt like its more space than we need...

    Great!  Thanks guys.  Didn't even think about sitting back there when they are fussy!  You have sold me on it!  :)

    I have an Equinox and while I can fit 3 carseats in the back, it wasn't easy and it's a pain to buckle DD (she's in the middle).

    DH and I bought the Equinox a few months after we found out we were expecting DD and I wish we had really thought it through more. I love my Equinox, but if we had really thought about how close together we wanted our children and then fact that we wanted 3 we definitely would have bought something with a 3rd row.

    Try the Kia Sorento. I like mine :)

    Better option than the Equinox, IMO + 3rd row.

    Thanks.  I was looking at the Traverse and Equinox.  I test drove the Sorento.  I liked the Traverse better.  :)
