Insane Pains

Last night I was cheating on bed rest and decided to make cookies after having a crazy busy day with DH and then going to the movies. Now before y'all get annoyed with me know yesterday was my last day resting....

Well during cookie baking my DH was hanging our new vinyl blinds since my dear doggie Olive had a panic attack one day and ate them off 3 windows one afternoon. So I was balancing laundry, baking, and standing and reaching on a stool to hold up the hardware for him. Needless to say I was having contractions like a crazy person and when they ended I had AWFUL pains that shot through my vagina down my inner thighs. My question to you... is that normal?

I didn't have the shooting pains but I went off my Procardia yesterday.  I went off 1.5 days early to see how I feel regarding going back to work...the Procardia makes me lightheaded and dizzy and couldn't stand more than 30 minutes without feeling as though I would pass out, and I wanted to see if it would go away before I commit to going back to work.

I spent all last night with a rock hard belly and horrible back pain...like a constant contraction.  Most uncomfortable I have felt this entire pregnancy.  But it scared me so much I HAD to finish the nursery and baby laundry just in case it was time.  When I finally went to bed and woke up, it is gone now.
