She is too little for this phase!

Mia started the "why" thing today.  OMG, no!  Haha.  She is pretty verbal and now conversations go like this.

Mia:  Where Dada go?

Me:  He is in the garage.

Mia:  Mama, WHY?!

repeat inserting different names and activities/locations. all. day. long.

I am surprised that E has not pulled this yet.  He talks all of the time, but it is usually statements, not questions.

We happily skipped this phase! R was very verbal pretty early but he never asked why. Sometimes he will ask the same thing over and over until he decides the answer is suitable though....and this drives me crazy!

We hear from Claire, "Mama (Daddy, whoever), Whatcha doing?" about 258 times a day.

We skipped that phase too.  I just figured it was still coming.  Maybe we got lucky!  She does repeat something over and over and over again though until we acknowledge it.  Like sometimes if I am driving I must kinda tune her out and suddenly I will realize she has just said "The sky is blue" about 20 times until I agree and then she can move on to the next statement.

We haven been in this phase for a few months now. We keep answering her until she finally here's a good enough answer and say's "oh, ok." And then she is done with it.

Her other new thing is to say "What?" over and over again.
