So I gave up my 2 cups of caffineated coffee and replaced them with 3--sometime 4 --cups of decaf. This is out of our machine at work--we're not talking Starbucks here. I thought I was fine until a coworker told me that decaf has come caffeine in it too. Anyone heard of that? How could they label it decaf then?
Re: Does decaf coffee really contain caffeine?
It does, but not enough to worry about. Chocolate has caffeine, too.
I drank non-alcoholic beer the other night, and there is .5% alcohol in that.
Yeah don't worry about the caffine, there's only like 5mg per cup and you can have up to 200mg per day. so unless you're drinking more than 40 cups you're all set.?
