Lurking again from the TTCAL board. Hope no one minds...I started Clomid days 5-9. Today is CD 18 and I have yet to "O". In the meantime, I'm trying to stay calm and hopeful.Did any of you ladies become KU your first round of Clomid? If so, what day did you "O"?

Re: 1st Round Clomid Success Stories
I didn't O my first round of Clomid either. I needed a trigger shot to O. But I did get pregnant on the second cycle with the trigger shot. I took the trigger on CD14 I think.
Good luck!!

I've been on clomid 3 "rounds". First round, I go pregnant on the 2nd cycle (ended in blighted ovum). Second round, pregnant on 2nd cycle (trisomy 13). Third round, pregnant on 1st cycle = current pregnancy.
I O'd Cd14 - CD16.
Good luck!
I got pregnant on the first round (25 mg) of Clomid. I had to have a trigger shot as well. This is after 3 early miscarriages. I'm now 18 weeks pregnant. Good luck to you...hope to see you over here soon!!!
I did and didn't O until day 20. Unfortunately, I m/c that pg, but I don't think it had anything to do with O-ing later and/or clomid.
This time I had many rounds of clomid, femara, and IUI, but after a break I got pg the first round back on clomid and also O-ed on CD20. I would say you are definitely still in this! GL!
I have been on 2 "rounds" of clomid.
Back in May I got pregnant on my 3rd month of clomid, but it was a cp.
This "round" I got pregnant on my first month back on clomid, also on days 5-9. I ovulated on Day 17.
Edit: I also wanted to mention that when I had natural cycles (I ovulated very poorly on my own but enough to get a +opk) my OPK was much darker than when I was on clomid. I never got a true + opk this last round but I obviously ovulated. Temp spike puts the crosshairs right at CD 17

CD 21 BW shows poor ovulation, November 2011 Clomid 50 mg round 4 - BFP on 11/30
I got pregnant on my first clomd cycle...although historically I get pregnant easily I just can't stay pregnant
I took 100 mg days 3-7 and O'd on CD21. We did an IUI on CD 20. I O'd earlier than I normally do but still later than the reported 5-9 days after last pill that you hear about.
I got pregnant on the first round! (current pg). I took 50 mg days 5-9. I did not O until day 19 or 20. We BIO every other day starting at like CD11 to 22 or something.
Good luck!!
This is my 4th round of Clomid (3 before DS and this 4th one TTC #2). I am a late O'er anyhow (CD25-40) and I usually O on Clomid around day 18/19. I O'd on CD19 this cycle and am currently pg.
My 3 previous cycles I did days 5-9 and this one I did 3-7...not sure if that matters. GL.

I see you are new, but this story is really dangerous. Clomid is a dangerous drug that should be taken under the supervision of a doctor (preferably a RE compared to an OB) and with careful monitoring. Taking the wrong dose can lead to high order multiples, devastating cysts, and a host of other problems.
Not everyone tolerates clomid well. On my first round, I did fine, other than some hot flashes and headaches. It also delayed my o so it lengthened my cycle, an effect my RE wanted. Given that I responded well, I was really upset when I did not become pregnant that first clomid cycle. In clomid rounds 2 and 3 the headaches and hot flashes increased, but my o was earlier and we had no luck. By the 4th round of clomid, I did not o at all. I had to take provera to get AF and we retested to find number like FSH had drastically changed. My body simply does not tolerate clomid well. Thankfully I was being monitored, so we knew what was happening. I also began to develop cysts on both ovaries after that 4th round.
Of course, clomid works for a lot of women and OP I wish you the best of luck this cycle. Remember if it doesn't work, many women see success in later rounds or with different medications. A lot of IF is trial and error. But @sofia13 you are extremely lucky. You should never take a powerful hormone changing drug like that without the care of a doctor. Please do not encourage others to do so. I know the desperation of wanting a baby with almost impossible odds stacked against you, but what you did could have ended so very differently and not for the better.
4 rounds of clomid, 2 with IUI = BFN
