36 weeks 5 days, no NICU

We were in the hospital a week, but it was due to my blood pressure.

twins born at 27 wks.  Baby girl spent 74 days in the NICU and Baby boy spent 77 days in the NICU.

Fraternal boys= 28 weeks 6 days.

NICU= 93 days (13 weeks 2 days) we go home TODAY!!!!

36w4d.  DD had to hang out in the NICU for about 48 hours while they ran cultures to make sure she didn't have an infection, since I spiked a fever during labor.  DS was there for the same reason, plus one extra day since he had a little trouble breathing at first.  We all came home together.

C-section at 36w4d due to very bad cholestasis. No NICU time needed.

35w6d - my water broke.  DD was 4lbs 5oz and spent 6 days in NICU.  DS was 5lbs 1oz and spent 7 days.  They were there for weight & temp regulation. They also had to receive IV fluids and antibiotics for the first 48 hrs since my water broke and needed to be certain it wasn't from an infection. DS had a little trouble with his breathing the first day, but never needed any help.

37 weeks 1 day...no NICU time.  Had a C Section on a Friday, and we all went home on Monday!

 

I was VERY worried about NICU time.  Just do the best you can for yourself, and know no matter when they come they will be GREAT!  Best of luck!

34.6 weeks.  28 days in the nicu, but they had some issues due to twin to twin.
