IMHO I think 3 consecutive days for a 6 month old is to much. If he lives close I would stand firm on 9-5 Saturday/Sunday. Or any other 2 day combination, but no overnights until 1. If you and your EX are on good terms AND feel comfortable with it, then that's all that matters.
Is he working? Or does he have off Monday and Tuesday?

I learned from someone in the psychology field (not someone who works for the court system or ever determines visitation schedules) that the best way to determine the # of overnights is 1 day for every year of the child's age. So a 1 year old baby shouldn't be away from their primary caregiver for more than 1 night, a 2 year old for 2 nights, etc. Obviously everyone's situation is different, so this isn't a hard and fast rule, but it's food for thought.
I agree with PP that 3 consecutive days for that long is a bit much for her age.
I would say overnights are ok if he was previously a hands-on full time care-giver as well - again depends on your situation and level of comfort as well.
I'm not sure if this is a permanent schedule you're drafting, but if it is, think about how difficult it will be for a 7 year old to pick up and move halfway through the school week all the time.
There is a book called "Creating Effective Parenting Plans." I highly recommend it. It goes month by month and year by year and talks about things to consider in a visitation schedule.
