after filing for support 3 months ago ex is finally getting served with papers.  I know it will be a long time before everything is said and done but its nice to know that the process is starting and my daughter will eventually get something from her dad

    Congrats!! I just had the same thing happen on Dec. 2nd. He finally has to start paying CS even though my LO will be 9 months old in 5 days and I haven't seen a dime from him. It's such a great feeling isn't it??

    Yes!  we still have to go thrrough the paternity process since i didnt put him on the BC and then court dates or mediation ( not sure how it works)  but just knowing the process is starting is a good feeling.
