Early Labour?

Since early last evening, I have experienced a "band" of pain in my lower abdomen and lower back. It was quite difficult to maneuver myself throughout the house, especially when needing to get in and out of the bed to use the washroom in the middle of the night. My lower back is still bothering me this morning, and all seats in the house seem much to low! On top of this, I am extremely emotional. My mother called just to ask if I had picked something up for Christmas yet, and I had begun to cry. I also am experiencing the urge to go to the bathroom and have had two loose BM's - i think i read somewhere that some woman experience diarheaa during labour. I still feel the urge to go to the bathroom, but do not need to actually go number 2. Not experiencing any contractions that I am aware of though.

If your pains aren't subsiding with a change of activity then you may need to go on into L & D tirage. I don't know how far along you are, but you post says early. It's better to be safe. So in your shoes, it may be best to go on in and let them check you out.
