Okay, ladies duo wraps sz 1?

Small enough for newborns? DD was 7 lbs and almost a month early. I did gain a lot with that pregnancy and don't plan on that again. I loved duos with DD, and am planning most of my stash around thirsties, but I'm debating getting the xs covers (found a great deal on CL) or just stick with good deals on duos. The xs are 4 for $15!!!! Look great. I'm just worried I would do better with duos. WDYT?

Yup, they were fine on my LO who was just under 7 lbs at birth. Here's a pic of her in one at a few days old (hopefully):

ETA: We also used a Thirsties XS cover and also really liked it, but we were able to use the Duos longer.

If you found a great deal on CL then I would go with those, we did use our duos on our LO when he was only 6# 9oz at first and he grew into them.  I wouldn't buy xs covers new though since they don't get as much use out of them as the duos would.

I have several Thirsties x-small covers and a duo size 1, and both fit my super long and skinny 7 pounder from birth.  FWIW, I like both covers equally, so I say go for it!  Thats a great deal!
