Hey girls!
Anyone have any delicious options for apps that are more on the healthy side?
I always put out veggie sticks and fresh fruit for munching/dipping, but we're going to be doing a heavy app Christmas Eve this year and I'd like a mix of healthy and super indulgent.
What are your favorites?

I make Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Chicken dip using Neufachtel (sp?), light ranch (the refrigerated kind is best-Lighthouse I think), and low fat blue cheese

I serve with Ritz, Carrots, Celery and pretzel rods. You could use pretzel thins too-like in the picture.
I totally though of iPhone right away too. lol
We do an Italian meal Xmas eve, lasagna. But we also do heavy apps before church and do an anti-pasta plate- roasted red peppers, provelone cheese, marinated mushroom, artichoke torta, olives, mozzerella balls, different italian cold cuts. If you add more veggies it can lend itself to that Heaven & Hell type of thing, lol. I loooove Christmas Eve even almost more than Christmas! Pass the champagne!
