Night 1 with Tot Clock

So we had some success last night/this morning but it's really hard to say what worked.  We probably should have made just one change at a time.

We usually only use a white noise machine for naps, but we turned it on last night. We also set the tot clock to turn blue (for sleeping) at 7:20 and he was in bed around 7:25.  He fell asleep at 7:45.  Normally, he'd fall asleep closer to 8:15/8:30 so that was a change.

He came into our room at 6:15.  The clock was still blue.  We had set it to turn yellow (wake up) for 6:30.  So, we asked him what color the clock was, and he said blue, so we told him that meant it was still time to stay in bed, and to come back when it was yellow. I watched him on the monitor and he did actually stay patiently in his bed until 6:30. Then I knew it had turned yellow and was waiting for him to get up... but he waited until about 6:35 and flew out of bed and was in a really good mood saying "Clock turned yellow, time to wake up!" which was fine.

All in all, a 6:15 wake up is WAY better than 5:30. Granted, he might have been awake before 6:15 but we didn't see him until then...
