Hernia question

Apparently I have a hernia on my bellybutton.  It's very uncomfortable and making rest rather difficult.  Has anyone had one and does it go away after the babies come?

I didn't even know I had a hernia until after the babies were born and I went in for an ultrasound of my gallbladder. As far as I know they do not go away on their own. My mom has had a hernia since she had me 26 years ago but it has never bothered her so she never had it repaired. I had mine repaired when I had my gallbladder removed. It was an easy procedure and I felt back to normal in 2-3 days.

DW had gallstones after the babies and the doc found a hernia in that area. He fixed it with the gallbladder removal.

This happened to me too - I didn't know I had one after I delivered.
