Yes I cloth diaper both. I cloth diapered DD already, so it wasn't a big adjustment when DS was born. I wash our diapers at home, I actually don't know what it's like to not have to wash diapers so it's just part of my routine.
I do. All it really requires is to wash more frequently. I washed every other day when I just had DD1. When DD2 was born, I realized that I needed to wash every day if I wanted to get all the diapers in one load (this for me is more convenient than having to do two loads every other day). I had bought a bunch more diapers but it turned out I didn't need them since I was washing twice as often. Once I got used to washing diapers every day, it was a piece of cake.
I will be. DS has been in cloth since he was about a month old. He was prem so was too little for a while! I've bought about 10 extras second hand in a small size to have for DS#2 and I'm hoping to toilet train DS#1 in the New Year while he's not in Montessori at all and DH is off work. I don't think 2 in Cd will be any more difficult. Sure it's a bit more work but it's not like it's hard or anything.
I've had two in cloth for over a year now. It's less of a change to add more diapers to the wash cycle than it would be start CDing for the first time ever. I do cheat a little and put them both in disposables for nighttime.
I CD both, and it's been fine, but have had to wash more frequently. I'm going to buy a few more to add to my collection so I'm not washing *every* day.

I also plan to cd both kids. If it gets too stressful, I'll only cloth diaper the baby, since I have to mess with cleaning poop out of my toddler's diapers and he doesn't need to be changed as often.
I've CD'd DS since I brought him home from the hospital. I have a bunch of NB diapers to use on the new baby now too. I'm looking forward to CDing both. I have enough diapers that I only wash every 3 days now. I figure it'll be every other day with 2.
For me it's easiest to start cycle 1 right after LO goes to sleep, cycle 2 right before I go to bed and dry on racks during the day or in the dryer while I get ready for work. Day 2 is then fold and put away day. Day 3 repeat day 1. I've always done diaper laundry so I don't think it'll be a big thing to add another.
I use fitteds and wool overnight and haven't had any leaking issues
