Seriously TMI - this is your warning.

Inspired by an earlier discussion, I asked a co-worker whether or not she enjoyed receiving oral. We'll just say I think I may be in the minority. I truly dislike it more than words can say. I dislike it so much that I asked DH to stop trying, and we have a very pleasant, successful relationship without it.

So....am I really the odd man out?

I think like anything it's whatever works for you. If it doesn't do it for you then it just doesn't and there is no need to practice something that isn't for you!

Nikison, you're not alone.  Your comment here applies to me as well.  Since I realized it's not my favorite, I have a talk with dudes about it before attempts are made.  It usually goes like this:

(conversation about it, then dumbfounded look from him) 

Me: That's right, I just don't love it.

Him:  But I'm really good at it.

Me:  You are probably the King/Champion/Best Ever, but during that activity, my mind tends to wander, and I lose focus.  I would rather you concentrate your efforts on pleasing me other ways.

Him:  But I could just try . .

Me:  No.

Him:  I think you'd really. . .

Me: No.

Him: Are you sure?

Me: YES.

I have to already be way turned on. I can't go from zero to that, or it feels clinical and gross, and I get performance anxiety.

The poll results surprise me.  I didn't realize so many people didn't like it.  I agree with pp, I have to be in the mood but when I am, I sure do enjoy it.
