...he wakes up from his nap for a poopy diaper (nap crapper strikes again!) and then GOES BACK TO SLEEP within seconds of putting him back in bed.

it's so atypical that it worries the heck out of me :-( 

his voice is all hoarse, he told me that his neck (throat) hurts, he has a really nasty sounding cough and a low fever.  poor guy. we're going to the doctor later this afternoon. 

don't get me wrong, I love it when he takes good naps, but I hate it when he's sick!

Poor little guy! It's funny how when things go "well" (like a good nap) that makes me worry that DS is sick, too. I hope your guy has a speedy recovery!

Whoa - that's hard core sleepiness for a nap crapper.  Poor kid - I hope all the sleep helps him get well quickly.

Awww, poor guy. Sounds like he needs the sleep (although the term "nap crapper" will never cease to amuse me).

I know when J is all cuddly and wants to snuggle on the couch, it's only because he doesn't feel well. Guess we have to take what we can get!

I hear ya. DD has been sleeping a lot this week and I think it's because she's fighting a cold or something, although she can't tell me what's wrong exactly. She's napping like a champ at daycare and I've had to wake her up the last few mornings so I can go to work. It always worries me too, although it's nice that she lets me sleep in.
