He posted a FB pic of himself at work yesterday, with a caption saying "blah blah today at work blah blah".  Seems to demonstrate employment, no?

Only because he posts stupid stuff like this that I keep logged.  Along with the taking DS hunting escapade, keeping him out until 11pm at a baseball game, and being outside in freezing cold weather without a hat or mittens.

I intend to block him after the holidays, but don't feel like dealing with the drama that it will cause right now.  It will just be another way I'm "keeping" DS from him in his mind.

No, I gotcha, I figured you were responding to me.  How can DCSS think he doesn't have a job, isn't there some way to check up on that with the IRS? 

That was like XH saying he didn't make any money but posting his income range on his match.com profile "$100K-$150K".  Save, print, send to my attorney.

I will be curious to see if he files a tax return this year or not.  I know for a fact that his job the first 6 months of this year was cash only and he didn't contibute anything as estimated tax payments (nor did his employer contribute anything).  I'm assuming it's the same with this situation.  He'll owe a large sum of money that he doesn't have, so it'll be easier not to file.

P.S.  I'm reading "The Sociopath Next Door" on my Kindle app on my iPhone.  Only on chapter 2, but I find it SO interesting!
