Anyone know of Lamaze/Alexander technique birthing classes in the city of Toronto?

Hello there! 

 I know of one place in Toronto called Zen Beginnings.  I go there for pre-natal massages but they specialize in different classes.  

Give them a call and ask if they provide Lamaze/Alexander classes.
