Hey, I have a quick question for you about the Mucinex thing- I took one tab yesterday and didn't really notice much of a difference in the amount of CM.  I just read the directions and it says you can take 2- did you take 2 or just one?  Did you notice your increase right away?  TIA!

Hope you don't mind me butting in. What dose are you taking? I would take 1200 mg daily. I always took the generic b/c it was cheaper, but it only came in 400 mg so I would take it 3 times a day. If you get brand name mucinex, it comes in a 1200 mg tablet. Also, it won't actually cause you to make more mucus, it just thins it out so you might notice more. Quite honestly, I never really did notice that much of a difference... but that didn't keep me from taking it

Not at all!  I have the name brand one and it came in 600mg tabs.  I took 2 this morning, and it says no more than 4 a day.  Yeah, I haven't noticed it thinning much, and I'm getting worried.  I'm drinking water, drinking some green tea, but is there anything else I can do?  I thought for sure not doing meds for the second month now it would come back like it was before I started the femara, but it's not looking like it.

I think I only take the 400mg tablet. Just one a day while I'm already experiencing some ewcm does the trick for me. And ditto pp, it'll only help if you have some CM there for it to thin.
