What size diaper is your almost 2 year old wearing?

DD is 23 months and currently in size 4.  She's 27 lbs, so well within the weight for that size, but I'm wondering if I need to move her up a size.  Yesterday morning, she woke up soaking wet(that's usually the signal that she needs a bigger diaper).  And today, I changed her at 4:30, only to notice at 5:30, her diaper was huge and soggy.  She normally goes a few hours in between diapers changes, so I'm not sure what's going on.  I haven't noticed that she has been drinking more than usual.

29lbs, size 4. (also 37in tall, so he's a beanpole).

Use a size 5 for overnight and 4s during the day. We've always done a size up for nighttime for this reason.

DD1 is 21 months, 24 lbs, and in size 3's during the day and 4's at night. We do the bigger size at night because she was waking up soaked. I tried 4's during the day and she pooped right out of the leg hole and into her footie PJ's She's too skinny for 4's to fit well when she's running around.

Sounds like our DS. He was wearing size 4 but leaking and waking up super early in the mornings with a saggy diaper. We moved him up to size 5 at night and it has worked wonders!

My DS is 17 months 32 lbs. and wears a size 6! He has a Kardashian booty...at this rate he will need to be potty trained early because he will grow out of diaper sizes!

DS is around 27 lbs also and I just switched him to size 5 because of the leaking at night.  Problem solved!!!

DS is around 22lbs and I actually just moved him into size 4's. We had the same issue, with his diaper being saturated, leaks, etc., but were still well within the range for size 3's. I think if she's leaking, just move up, less aggravation for you.

Same here.  Noah is about 30-33 pounds.

DS wears cloth but when we travel, he's in a size 4 (technically he can still fit in a 3 but he'd leak). Are you using overnights or regular diapers?

DS is barely 27 pounds and in size 4. Pampers have been too small but size 5 is way too big so I buy Luvs and their 4s are perfect on him.

My DD is 20 months and in a size 4. She is about 25 or 26 pounds and drinks a lot. Sometimes I have to change her in the middle of the night b/c she fills her diaper so fast!

DS is 28-29 lbs and in a size 5. He could wear a 4 size wise but he pees too much so he's in a 5.

DS is 20 months, 26 pounds and wears size 4 Luvs.  He isn't fully sleeping through the night yet though so we will change his diaper in the middle of the night on the nights he does wake up.  The nights he doesn't I just cross my fingers that he has leaked too badly.  I think I may pick up a pack of size 5's and try those for overnight though!

27.5 lbs and size 5.  He has been in 5's for a while now and we rarely have any leaks.

Almost us.  DS is 20 months, 35lbs and in a size 6.  Dont they only go up to 6s?!?!
