I don't remember when mine did last time. I need some idea how long this lasts.... I realize this is probably better asked on 2nd tri., but I'm not ready to venture off these boards yet.
My m/s has been changing lately. Instead of being sick all day and not throwing up I get sick at night and throw up at least once before I go to bed. Last night was particularly rough. I just try to fall asleep as fast as I can.
I started taking my prenatals right as I am falling asleep so that might have something to do with it. With my first pregnancy my m/s died down at around 11 weeks.
Husband and I are both carriers of Delta F508, one of the many mutations that cause Cystic Fibrosis. We pray for a cure.

Week 8 on the dot I started throwing up! I had been feeling yucky up to that point but Sunday was the day it all hit hard. Yuck. Since starting the Zofran I have been feeling much better and haven't thrown up again. I am hoping it was a one time thing. I am a horrible thrower upper

Im wondering when I will be getting my ms. I am 5 weeks now and deal with getting queasy at times...but never bad enough to cause me to be throwing up. Maybe this is something that starts when I am further along? Maybe I wont get it at all?

I've just had all day nausea, no vomiting. But it was by far the worst weeks 5-6, when it started. I quickly started taking unisom + B6, zofran, getting acupuncture and wearing seabands. After that first bad week my appetite came back and it's been much better. I have nearly stopped the zofran but going back for more acupuncture because I think it helped.

Knock on wood!! Mine started at 5w5d and its STILL going strong...almost worse every day. ER twice, three different meds, and I've puked over 70 times.

I hate to jinx myself, but mine's let up in the last day or so. I'm only feeling gaggy instead of nauseous. And last night I was actually hungry for dinner - I had seconds instead of picking at firsts!
Mine was 6-8 weeks. I think it has gotten better now but I also think I am learning how to deal with it better and I am just getting used to it. The PSI or Sea Bands have been a lifesaver and every once in a while, I have to go to the Zofran for back up.
weeks 5.5-8 were the worst. I stopped feeling nauseas all day long around 9 weeks. I still feel like crapola and dont want to ever leave the house but at least now I feel like I might survive this........ ha
Re: When did your morning sickness peak?
So far week 8 was the absolute worst for me. I was vomiting daily and that was also when I had my one day so far that I couldn't even keep water down.
Things seem to be easing up now and I haven't vomited in 4 days but I hear a lot of bounce-back to m/s stories, so I'm not holding my breath.
