I haven't done a full workout in a few weeks... either been too tired or sick, but today... despite being tired I, did a full body 50 minute workout! I did go at about 80% of the weights and speed I normally would have gone because I did get way tired easier... but then I even took the dog on a walk & shoveled some snow!
That is a huge improvement from yesterday when it took me three hours to manage to get out of bed and force myself to eat because I had such bad morning sickness. lol.
But now I totally feel like a nap instead of getting ready for my Weight Watchers meeting. My members don't know yet, so it's been hard leading meetings when I feel like crap! So, luckily today I feel a ton better. I am pretty sure my Monday meeting knows something is up. lol.
