GYN recs?

I have been going to Capital Women's Care in the Rockville office but we are done with having kids and I'd like to find a good GYN that does not do OB.  Or perhaps a small OB/GYN practice.  I just find that the large OB/GYN practices have really long waits all the time and I feel like they really have no idea who I am.  I need a GYN who will do procedures (I know some GYNs only do not do any procedures) b/c it is likely I will need LEEP at some point.  Any recommendations?  I am in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area but will travel some for the right person/practice.  Thanks!
