Made it through egg retrieval

They were able to get 16 eggs, which I'm really happy with considering there were 14 follicles on Sunday and they said to expect to get eggs from 80% of those.  DH and I are just hanging out at home...the clinic is supposed to call later tonight and let us know how many of the 16 were mature and how the ICSI went (we are doing ICSI with all of the eggs in hopes of overcoming DH's morphology issues).  I'm pretty sore, but I'm doing ok.

    Sounds like a great retrieval!  Fx for you that most fertilize.  Hope you feel 100% soon Smile  When will your transfer be?  I'm kinda out of it when it comes to IVF!

    16 is a great number, make sure you get tons of rest so you are doing well for the transfer. Do they have you watching for OHSS?
