Needing an OB in Louisville fast!

Hey Ladies, 

 

I am moving to Louisville for a job transfer for my husband and I both, but will not be settling in until late February/early March and our baby is due April 26... I need advice on who to go to.

I am originally from Birmigham, AL and I absolutely LOVE my doctor and his practice here.  They are a rotation clinic, they have wonderful clean, nice birthing suites, and they are a private Christian clinic.  I am so sad that they will not be able to deliver for me, but ya gotta do whatcha gotta do! Anyone know of anything comprable??

Check out wfoflou.com - They're pretty popular.  Clean offices.  And they deliver at your pick all of the local hospitals, I believe. 

They helped me conceive and delivered my first son, but they're a little bit too impersonal for me since there are SO MANY docs. So I'm actually switching to https://www.a4wh.com/ since I've heard fantastic things about them and their support for natural birth. 

Since you're pregnant you'll be able to get in immediately at either one.

i go to All Women OB/GYN they are as you guessed all women dr's which i love...and out of the 5 of them i didnt dislike any of them...all of my visits have been great the office staff is wonderful, and they deliver at norton suburban AND baptist so you have the choice unlike other drs offices..theyre amazing i wouldnt go  anywhere else

I'm going to All Women too.  So far they are great.  Everyone there has been so nice and I feel like they all do a really thorough exam, answer questions, etc. at each appointment.

I go to East End OB/GYN. There main office is in shelbyville but they also have a auxilary office in Baptist East which is really close to my house, so I have been going there. I've only met with Dr Basham so far but love her and am meeting with another doc next month.

I go to womens specialist in downtown louisville, but it is in my area and Dr.poston is the best. She takes the time to answer any question. If you are moving into the downtown area i'd say go there otherwise i'vve heard great things about allwomen. Good luck in louisville!

I would go with Dr. Basham. My soon to be sister n law went to him with both of her deliveries and pregnancies and they loved him.  Both babies were healthy when delivered.  She loved him and I would go to him if I lived closer to Louisville.

Dr. Walsh at Advocates for Women's Health!! she is absolutely AMAZING!

 But any of the ladies there are amazing! I transfered from Chicago in my 3rd Tri and they took me in and made me welcome and treated me like i'd been there my entire pregnancy!!
