This seems like a bit of a silly question but here it goes. We have a ton of Born Free bottles left over from baby #1 who is now 20 months old. Baby #2 comes in March. I have wasted so much money on bottles (had glass first but daycare required plastic so had to buy all over again, plus we had the tiny ones for when he was a newborn and then had to buy 9oz ones) and would really like to use them for the second baby. I will of course buy new nipples but how about the plastic parts that go on the bottle under the nipple. I'm noticing they have gotten slightly yellowish so I'm worried about the plastic going bad, although they were BPA free. I have looked everywhere but it doesn't seem like one can only buy the parts without the bottle.
Any advice from other moms out there on whether you reused bottles for second baby? TIA
