How would you price this for CL?

I have the following Little People items: Pink Castle, Doll House, Garage, Farm and tons of people, a couple of small cars, the firetruck and the minivan and a bunch of animals including Noah (the Ark got tossed a long time ago). I'd like to price it as a Lot as opposed to selling them individually. All in good shape. Thoughts?
